If you're a fan of British television, chances are you've discovered the
quirky little ITV series Doc Martin. The series, which stars Martin
Clunes, focuses on the titular, curmudgeonly, big-city doctor, who
serves as the General Practitioner of the small fishing village
Portwenn. He hates it there, and only finds a few people even tolerable
-- his aunt, and schoolteacher Louisa Glasson (Caroline Catz), with whom
he has been in an on-and-off relationship since the beginning of the
series.
